MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: (1) AP/AIMs Motion for Summary Judgment 82 is GRANTED; (2) Ecolabs Motion for Summary Judgment 85 is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART; (a) The Motion is DENIED as to Count II (negligence); (b) The Motion is G RANTED as to Count III (strict products liability); (2) Ecolabs Motion to Strike 97 is GRANTED; (3) The remaining parties to this action shall file a Joint Notice of available pretrial and trial dates within twenty (20) days of the date of entry of this Order; and (4) Defendant Ecolab shall file a written response to Plaintiffs motion in limine 98 not later than January 23, 2019.
