MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: It is ORDERED that Dfts' 22 MOTION to Dismiss for failure to prosecute or to obtain an expert is DENIED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that NLT 2/28/2011 Plaintiffs shall SHOW CAUSE why this action should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute and failure to obtain counsel. If Plaintiffs do not respond or if they provide an inadequate response, the Court will dismiss the action.
