MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1. The claims against Defendants Warden Eric Wilson and the Bureau of Prisons are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and these defendants are DISMISSED as parties to this action. 2. Deputy Clerk shall prepare a "Service Packe t" consisting of items a-cc for service upon names defs.; 3) Clerk shall deliver the service packets to USM Office and shall obtain a delivery receipt from USM; 4) Service of process upon dfts, shall be made by personally serving a service packe t upon each named dft; 5) Plff SHALL Immediately advise the Clerks Office of any change in his current mailing address. Failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case. Communicate with the Court solely through notices or motions filed with the Clerks Office. The Court will disregard correspondence sent directly to the judge's chambers. c. In every notice, motion, or paper filed with the Court, certify in writing that he has mailed a copy to every defendant (or his or her attorney) and state the date of mailing.
