Heyburn, II on 1/5/11; claims against defendants Adams, Knox, Fackler, and Bullock DISMISSED; however, because plaintiff alleges a claim of sufficiently serious nature regarding lack of medication, the co urt will allow plaintiff to move to amend his complaint to name defendants Adams and Bullock in their individual capacities; plaintiff has 30 days to file amended complaint against defendant Adam and Bullock in their individual capacities; should plaintiff fail to do so, the court will dismiss this instant action.cc: plaintiff pro se, defendants, Bullitt County Attorney (TLB)
