A status conference was conducted on this date to discuss possible resolution of the pending discovery motions. Participating via telephone were: Scott Bickford and Brian Strange, representing plaintiffs; Gary Russo, Kathleen Sooy and Archis Parasharami, representing defendant AT&T. It appears that no overall voluntary resolution of the pending discovery issues can be reached. However, plaintiffs have determined that they will reduce their request for relief from seeking additional responses to all of the interrogatories, requests for production and requests for admissions that are the subject of the pending motion to compel, Record Doc. No. 181-3 at p. 3, to a narrower range. Plaintiffs' counsel will send
