STATUS CONFERENCE
The Court held a status conference with the following counsel in attendance:

Centola for Plaintiffs. Gary Russo, Archis Parasharami, Kathleen Sooy, and Tracy
Roman for Defendant AT&T. Penelope Preovolos and Douglas Moore for
Defendant Apple.
The matters listed below were discussed:
The Court stayed the MDL pending the United States Supreme Court’s decision in
AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion. The Supreme Court rendered its decision on
April 27, 2011. Counsel have filed briefs on the effect of Concepcion on the MDL
(Rec. Docs. 225, 226, 227).
Defendants have until October 20, 2011 to file Motions (or Renewed Motions) to
Compel Arbitration.
Plaintiffs’ Opposition is due on November 21, 2011.
Defendants’ Replies are due on December 12, 2011. Oral Argument will be held on
January 12, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.
Defendant Apple’s previously-filed Motions to Dismiss and Plaintiffs’ Motion to

Compel Discovery are stayed.
