Doc. 44), it is ORDERED that: 1. PROPOSED EXEMPLAR COMPLAINT Plaintiffs are to file a proposed exemplar complaint no later than Thursday, April 1, 2010. Defendants are to file any objections to the proposed exemplar complaint within 20 days of receiving the exemplar. The dates applicable to the proposed exemplar complaint have no bearing or effect on the motion dates previously set out by this Court. 2. SCOPE OF DISCOVERY Defendants are to file their Rule 8, 9, or 12 motions, as well as any motions to compel arbitration, by or before the deadlines previously set. After these motions have been filed, the parties will meet and confer about the extent of discovery needed for Plaintiffs to properly respond to the motions. If the parties are not able to reach an agreement as to the extent of discovery, the parties are to bring the issues to the attention of the Court for resolution. 3. NEXT STATUS CONFERENCE The next status conference will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. in Judge Carl J.
