MOTION TO WITHDRAW JOHN SUTTLES AS COUNSEL
______________________________________________________________________________
Pursuant to Local Rule 83.2.11, Defendant-Intervenor Center for Biological Diversity
requests that John Suttles be withdrawn as counsel in this case. Mr. Suttles intended to withdraw
as counsel as part of the Center’s Motion to Substitute Counsel, but was erroneously excluded
from that motion. See Dkt. 209, 212.
Adam Babich, an attorney with the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, currently
represents the Center in this matter. Upon the withdrawal of Mr. Suttles, Mr. Babich will

continue as sole representative of the Center in this case. The Center for Biological Diversity is
aware of and approves this withdrawal of counsel.
