Federal Defendants hereby give notice of errata concerning the Declaration of David J. Hayes ("Hayes Declaration"), which was filed on June 16, 2010. The undersigned counsel received a telephone call from Chambers this afternoon indicating that "Exhibit C" to the Hayes Declaration had not been attached to the Declaration, and requesting that it be submitted. The omission was inadvertent. Submitted herewith is a corrected copy of the Hayes Declaration. Other than the addition of Exhibit C, none of the substance or contents of the Declaration have been changed from what was filed on June 16, 2010. Dated: June 17, 2010
