ORDER Before the Court are the plaintiffs' (1) motion to supplement administrative record and (2) motion to file affidavits and CIVIL ACTION NO. 10-1663 SECTION "F" declaration. At this Court's June 21, 2010 hearing, the defendants stated they had no opposition to the plaintiffs' motion to supplement the administrative record, but that they opposed the plaintiffs' motion to file affidavits and declaration to the extent the plaintiffs seek to supplement the administrative record with these exhibits. In accordance with this Court's ruling on the motions in open court, IT IS ORDERED: that the plaintiffs' motion to supplement the administrative record is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: that the plaintiffs' motion to file affidavits and declaration is 1 GRANTED for the purpose of supplementing the Court's record, not the administrative record.
