law, and the Magistrate Judge’s unopposed Report and
Recommendation, hereby approves the Magistrate Judge’s Report and
Recommendation and adopts it as its opinion.
Accordingly,
Raymond Payton's complaint is hereby DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
