objections to the Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendation, hereby approves the
Magistrate Judge’s Findings and Recommendation and adopts it as its opinion.
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the claims of Glen Stanley Jenkins are DISMISSED WITH
