IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s § 1983 claims against
Defendant, Jennifer Gaubert, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s state law claims
against Gaubert are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to bring in state
court.
