Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff’s complaint is dismissed as frivolous and/or for failing to
state a claim on which relief may be granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Randy Seal’s Motion to Dismiss is DENIED
AS MOOT.
