Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, and the failure of defendant to file an
objection to the Magistrate Judge=s Findings and Recommendation, hereby approves the Report
and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge and adopts it as its opinion in this
matter. Therefore,
