NOW INTO COURT, through undersigned counsel, comes defendant, Charles C. Foti, Jr., Attorney General for the State of Louisiana, who, upon representing to the Court that defendant filed his Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Attorney's Fees and Costs on January 16, 2007; and upon further suggesting to the Court that plaintiffs filed their Reply Brief on January 31, 2007; and upon further suggesting to the Court that defendant would like the opportunity to respond to the arguments raised in plaintiffs' Reply Brief, hereby moves the Court for leave to file the attached Supplemental Memorandum in Opposition to Motion for Attorney's Fees and Costs. Undersigned counsel certifies to the Court that he has contacted opposing counsel, who opposes the present Motion.
