FURTHER ORDERED that defts 38 Motion to Dismiss and, in the alternative, Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is DENIED, with leave to refile should the need arise. FURTHER ORDERED that pltfs oral motion to withdraw her attorney, Charles Jones, is GRANTED. Pltf shall notify the Court and opposing counsel of her current mailing and physical address and telephone number, until such time as another attorney has enrolled in this matter.
