Further, the plaintiff's 57 Motion to Remand and defendants' 59 Motion to Abstain pursuant to the Burford Doctrine (doc. no. 58) and Motion to Abstain, and 60 Motion for Joinder with Motion to Abstain Pursuant to the Burford Doctrine are DISMISSED AS MOOT..
