RULING Adopting 14 Report and Recommendations of the U.S. Magistrate Judge regarding 8 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Dennis Valentine, Jr. The decision of the Commissioner denying benefits is reversed and the matter remanded to the Commissioner for further proceedings consistent with the ruling of this court. The Commissioner is directed to forward a copy of the Court's opinion and report to the ALJ hearing the matter on remand. Signed by Judge James J. Brady on 4/2/12. (DCB)
