SUPPLEMENTAL RULING and ORDER regarding 34 RULING Adopting Report and Recommendation issued on 6/3/2011. Pltf has filed an objection. The court has reviewed pltfs submissions (docs. 33 and 35). The only argument with merit relates to the claims t hat were referred back to the magistrate judge for further proceedings.
