ORDER: Defendant Livingston Management, Inc. shall submit a supplemental memorandum specifically addressing: (1) the degree of continuity of business operations from LMI to Huff Management Co., Inc., and from LMI to LAP RD, LLC; and (2) LMI's ab ility to provide relief to Zeno. Such memorandum shall be filed no later than 08/14/2014. Such memorandum shall address, via a sworn affidavit, LMI's: (1) current assets; (2) projected assets for 2014; (3) current liabilities; (4) projected liab ilities for 2014; (5) any insurance policies that may satisfy all or part of a possible judgment and the coverage amounts; and (6) LMI's position as to whether personal liability for all or part of a possible judgment may be imposed on LMI's corporate officers.
