RULING Adopting of the U.S. Magistrate Judge. The October 19, 2011 Order denying the "Motion to Stay All Proceedings Pending Transfer to MOL No. 2197" (doc. 4), which was filed by defendants, DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. and Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc., is hereby VACATED, and such motion is GRANTED, resulting in a STAY of this matter until the judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation makes a determination as to whether this case is to be transferred to the ongoing MOL proceeding..
