This amount reflects $119,188.20 in treble damages and $11,000.00 in civil penalties. This award shall not be in addition to the criminal restitution defts have already been ordered to pay, and any amounts paid shall be credited as satisfying both the civil and criminal monetary amounts. 18 USC 3664(j)(2).
