RULING AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 16 Anthaume's Motion to Dismiss. Specifically, Anthaume's Motion is GRANTED to the extent that it seeks DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE of Plaintiffs due process claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is REMANDED to the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana for consideration of Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims.
