RULING granting 17 Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiffs 42 U.S.C. § 1983 official capacity claims against Sheriff Sidney J. Gautreaux, III, Warden Lieutenant Colonel Dennis Grimes, Deputy Rudolph Hyde, Sergeant Amos Thornton, and Deputy U lysses Thomas are hereby dismissed with prejudice. Furthermore, Plaintiffs 42 U.S.C. § 1983 individual capacity claims against Sheriff Sidney J. Gautreaux and Warden Lieutenant Colonei Dennis Grimes are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
