RULING AND ORDER granting 55 Plaintiffs' Motion to Vacate and Reconsider Ruling Dismissing Plaintiff's Complaint. The Court's Ruling 53 and Order of Dismissal 54 are hereby VACATED. Plaintiffs' shall AMEND their Complaint no later than 04/28/2014, are granted LEAVE TO RE-FILE their motion for preliminary injunction, if necessary, no later than 05/12/2014 and LEAVE TO RE-FILE their motion for class certification, if necessary, no later than 05/26/2014. This matter is REFERRED to the United States Magistrate Judge to immediately set a Scheduling Conference, trial date, pretrial conference date, and pretrial deadlines. Signed by Chief Judge Brian A.
