The 236 Motion in Limine to Exclude Evidence and Testimony Regarding Alleged Sewage Discharges Mter1/29/2013 filed by Fairway View is DENIED.The 226 , 227 , 230 , and 237 Motions for Expedited Hearing and the 228 Motion for Oral Argument filed bythe parties are DENIED.
