ORDER: Anadarko and Omni have failed to meet their burden of proof to show that "a majority of the work called for by the contract[s] is on stationary platforms or other OCSLA situses." Id. Accordingly, Anadarko 's and Omni's 30 and 31 Motions for Summary Judgment are DENIED without prejudice.
