RULING AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 103 Motion for Award of Costs and Attorney's Fees, 104 Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law, Motion to Amend Judgment, and Alternative Motion for New Trial, and 105 Motion to Alter or Amend Judgment. Plaintiffs shall file in the record within 21 days from the date of this Ruling and Order a written notice to the Court stating whether they accept or reject the foregoing remittitur on home office overhead damages.
