RULING and ORDER: Plaintiff's 52 Motion in Limine is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Plaintiff and Defendant shall be limited to four witnesses per side on the issues of liability and damages. Defendant's 53 Motion in Limine to Excl ude/Strike Plaintiff's Witnesses is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART: Motion is GRANTED in that the Plaintiff's factual witnesses on the issue of liability cannot testify as to the Defendant's alleged prior acts, incidents, complaint s unrelated to the incident sued upon and any alleged "habit" of slamming doors and almost hitting offenders. In all other respects, Defendant's motion is DENIED. Plaintiff's 97 Motion for Leave of Court to File Memorandum in Re sponse to Minute Entry Describing Witness Testimony and to Substitute Trial Witness is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART: (1) Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED in that he has leave to file the memorandum; and (2) In all other respects, Plaintiffs motion is DENIED.
