RULING and ORDER granting 42 Motion for Default Judgment Under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 55. Defendants Keith B. Hodge and KCK Holdings, LLC shall pay Plaintiff $4,400 in statutory damages, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 553(c)(3)(A) (ii), and $13,200 in additional damages, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 553(c)(3)(B), for a total of $17,600. A separate judgment in favor of Plaintiff shall issue in accordance with Rule 58. Plaintiff is awarded costs pursuant to 47U.S. C. & #167; 553(c)(2)(C), and shall file a Memorandum of Costs in the form required by the Clerk of Court within thirty days of entry of the Judgment, in accordance with LR 54(c) (effective Apr. 2, 2015).
