RULING AND ORDER granting 15 Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff's sexual harassment and retaliation claims, pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000, against Elayn Hunt Correctional Center, the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, and the State of Louisiana, are DISMISSED.
