RULING: Prudential and Turner's petition for attorneys' fees is DENIED. Prudential's request for prejudgment interest is GRANTED subject to the proposed judgment which shall be submitted to this court within seven (7) days of the is suance of this ruling in conformity with Louisiana Revised Statute 13:4202(8)(1 ).
