and finding that it is meritorious, the Motion is GRANTED, (Doc. 43). Defendants, Tyler Holliday
and Joseph Lamartiniere, are DISMISSED in their official capacity with prejudice, and the
Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections is DISMISSED with prejudice.
