ORDER of DISMISSAL: The Commissioner's November 18, 2014 decision denying Plaintiff's Application for benefits under the Social Security Act is REVERSED AND REMANDED to the Commissioner. Plaintiff's action is DISMISSED without prejudice to Plaintiff's subsequent timely filing of an application for attorney's fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 2412(d)(1)(B).
