Plaintiff's 25 Unopposed Motion for Leave of Court to File Amending Complaint is GRANTED and Plaintiff's Second Supplemental and Amended Petition is to be filed into the record and which defeats complete diversity of citizenship. Therefore, this matter is hereby REMANDED to the 19th JDC for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under 28 USC 1332(a). Plaintiff's 31 Motion to Remand is DENIED as moot. Signed by Judge Shelly D.
