Plaintiff Jill Bambury's federal and state law claims against the Board of Supervisors for Southern University and A&M College are hereby dismissed in their entirety without prejudice. Plaintiff Jill Bambury's 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 claims for monetary damages and state law claims against the individual defendants, are hereby dismissed without prejudice. Signed by Judge James J.
