The Warden of LSP and Warden of David Wade Correctional Center shall produce named Inmates for testimony at the hearing on confirmation of default judgment set for 9/7 /2018 @ 9:30 AM. The 29 Motion to Appoint USM as Agent for Service is GRANTED. The USM shall serve Dr. Randy Lavespere with a subpoena to appear at said hearing on confirmation of default judgment.
