RULING AND ORDER granting 12 Motion for Default Judgment. An award of statutory damages is entered in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $500. Plaintiff is awarded attorneys fees in the amount of $7,345.00 and costs in the amount of & #036;481.38. Plaintiff shall recover prejudgment and post-judgment interest in accordance with this order. Plaintiff is awarded costs and shall file a Memorandum of Costs in the form required by the Clerk of Court within 30 days of entry of judgment, in accordance with Local Rule 54(c).
