The claims brought by Plaintiff, under LEDL against Defendant, MEI, are DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's Title VII claims for (1) discrimination based on race, (2) retaliation for complaining about harassment, and (3) retaliatory discharge for complaining about workplace harassment against MEI remain in this action.
