RULING and ORDER granting 16 Motion for Default Judgment. An award of statutory damages is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff J&J Sports Productions, Inc., against Defendant Cheers Sports Bar & Grill, LLC, in the amount of $30,000 - that is , $6,000 in statutory damages and $24,000 in enhanced statutory damages. An award of attorney's fees is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $3,120. Plaintiff is awarded costs, and shall file a Memorandum of Costs in the form required by the Clerk of Court within thirty days of entry of the Judgment, in accordance with Local Rule 54(c).
