The 15 Motion to Dismiss is granted in part dismissing the plaintiff's claims for violations of prison rules and compensatory damages. The Court declines the exer cise of supplemental jurisdiction in connection with Plaintiff's potential state law claims. The parties are given 90 days from the order to complete all discovery and 120 days to file Cross Motions for Summary Judgment, and that this matter is referred back to the magistrate judge for further proceedings herein.
