RULING and ORDER: Adopting the 13 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS of the Magistrate Judge, regarding 6 MOTION to Remand and For Attorney's Fees Pursuant to 28 USC 1447(c). The 6 Motion to Remand and Motion for Attorney Fees is GRANTED. Th e action be and hereby immediately REMANDED to the Ascension Parish Court.
