REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 1 Complaint recommending that plaintiff's claims against the following defendants be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as frivolous and for failing to state a claim on which relief may be granted: Corrections Corporation of America, Officer Smith, Lieutenant Braxton and Officer Triplet; further recommending that plaintiff's request for an order firing all defendants and an order to transfer Inmate Breedlove and Inmate Edwards be denied and dismissed as frivolous.
