MEMORANDUM RULING AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, it is hereby ORDERED that defendant's 20 Appeal of Magistrate judge's grant of remand is GRANTED and, accordingly, the order of remand, 19 Memorandum Ruling and Order entered by the magistrate judge in this matter is VACATED and plaintiff's 9 Motion to Remand is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that Stonebridge's 11 Motion for Joinder is GRANTED and, accordingly, all claims by plaintiffs Sheena R J White in Civil Action No. 13-cv-3009 and Adrienne M Jett in Civil Action No. 13-cv-3011 are to be aggregated to this suit and, that all future filings by any of the 3 plaintiffs to this matter will be filed in the record under this civil action number, 13-cv-3007.
