MEMORANDUM RULING AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, it is hereby ORDERED that defendant's 21 Appeal of magistrate judge's grant of remand is GRANTED and, accordingly, the order of remand, 20 Memorandum Ruling and Order, entered by t he magistrate judge in this matter is VACATED and plaintiff's 9 Motion for Remand is DENIED. It is further ORDERED that plaintiff Sheena R J White shall join in Civil Action No. 13-cv-3007 as a co-plaintiff with 15 days of the date of issuance of this memorandum ruling and order, at which time the court will dismiss the instant action, noting the advancement of plaintiff's claims under the aggregate action.
