MEMORANDUM RULING AND ORDER granting 22 Appeal of Magistrate Judge Decision re 21 Order on Motion to Remand, and accordingly, the order of remand entered by the magistrate judge in this matter (Doc No 21 ) is VACATED. ORDERdenying 10 Motion t o Remand. ORDERED that plaintiff Adrienne M Jett shall join Civil Action 13-3007 as a plaintiff within 15 days of the date of issuance of this memorandum ruling and order, at which time the court will dismiss the instant action, noting the advanceme nt of plaintiff's claims under the aggregate action.
