JUDGMENT adopting Report and Recommendations re 12 Report and Recommendations. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's claim seeking dismissal of criminal charges be dismissed, and that the State of Louisiana and the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff' s Department be dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915 (e)(2)(B) and 1915A. The medical care and excessive force claims shall be served on the remaining defendants in accordance with separate memorandum order of the Court.
