MEMORANDUM ORDER: The Order granting Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 13 ) is hereby REVOKED and RESCINDED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that in order for this complaint to remain viable, Plaintiff must pay the full filing fee of four hundred dollars ($400) within twenty (20) days from the date of this order.
