ORDER re 75 Order on Motion for Attorney Fees. Both parties have filed their briefs; however, this Court cannot make an award of attorney's fees based on the evidence presented. IT IS ORDERED that the defendants shall have 15 days from the signing of this Order in which to present evidence of its attorney's fees, and Henry shall then have 10 days in which to traverse the defendants' evidence of fees.
